The center for Sakfos Farms operations is located at Jakpa Road, Buipe, in Central Gonja District, Northern Region of Ghana, West Africa.
The nucleus farm for Sakfos Farms operations is located 14 km off the road from Buipe on a 3000 hectares concession along the Sur River up to its confluence with the Black Volta River (longitude 1° 51’ and 2° 581’ west and latitude 8° 321’ and 10° 21’ north).
The farm has access to Ghana's main inland water transport system and its terminal at Buipe. The farms location is also traversed by the primary north-south road highway that leads up into Burkina Faso and the Sahel Zone (Mali, Niger etc). A planned rail transport system will also intersect the road highway and water way at Buipe making it the only location in Ghana with access to the nations main water way system,road system and rail network.
